Statistics trainings

This is an overview of the different statistics trainings and assistance options that are offered by Axe 7

• The 2-day introductory course on the analysis of experimental data. This course aims at providing a background in inferential statistics and hypothesis testing and introducing the free analysis software R. We currently plan on repeating it this fall.

• The statistics colloquium. We meet on a semi-regular basis (Thursdays at 2pm) to analyse and discuss data together.

• Individual assistance within the consultation hours. Please only consider this option, if you have specific questions.

• The R tutorial on data handling and graphs. This is planned as a single session, where different options of manipulating data sets in R and appropriate ways to graph different types of data will be explained.
